I was made promises that haven't been fulfilled. The car I was sold has a check engine light on and needs to be deep cleaned. I was told to drop the car off. They finally agreed to fix the check engine light after I said I didn't feel comfortable with the purchase. I dropped the car off for repair the following Friday only to be told the part was ordered and would come the next day. The day came for the repair. I called to see if the part came only for the service advisor to tell me she didn't tell me the part was coming. The certified service center advisor Yommonika is very unprofessional and argumentative. She was more focused on being right rather than finding a solution and answering the questions I had about the arrival of the part need for my vehicle. More
