Purchased a pre-owned Volvo that had dozens of hidden scratches and swirl marks. Called and called call called but not once had a call returned. After showing up, they realized how bad the car was and pu scratches and swirl marks. Called and called call called but not once had a call returned. After showing up, they realized how bad the car was and put it in the shop for a detail. Also, the car shows two keys buy was only given one. When I contacted the Volvo dealership, they said it'd be half price for a key if I purchased through Valley Honda. However, they have never returned a phone call (shocker) and when I showed up again, stated they can't ever get in touch with Volvo (despite being under the same ownership). Also, Volvo has answered and put me in touch with the service manager every time I've called. Valley Honda is fine if you don't want anything more than to purchase a car, you won't get any support beyond that. More

I received an email after inquiring through USAA Car Buying service and boy was I glad. She worked with us verbally and electronically to get within our budget. CMA Valley Honda understood that our budget meant what we were comfortable with for a payment, not “we can get you financing to cover that additional over budget cost.” Thank you Amanda! She also spoke with her manager to get us a price that was within budget (Thank you so much!). Again, this was communicated verbally on the telephone and through email. I never felt pressured and after going through and double checking our finances, we determined this was the vehicle for our family. Unfortunately, at the same time, we have an out of town trip planned so we had to hope that the 2019 Honda Passport Touring we wanted in Metallic Steel would still be available. Upon our return, we contacted Amanda to see if it was still available and if the pre-trip sale price was still valid. God was looking out for us because it was still waiting to be purchased by my family. We put a deposit on a vehicle that we had never seen because of the excellent customer service received. We travelled almost 100 miles to purchase a 2019 Honda Passport Touring because the customer service received was astounding. We were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we met Andrew Mongar who assisted us with the sale. We informed Amanda we were on the way and arrangements were made to get the vehicle ready. Andrew was excellent and remained friendly and courteous. He showed us the 2019 Honda Passport Touring for the fist time. He went through and verbally told us about the features and answered all questions or concerns we had. He even got assistance when the trunk would not open with the sway of a foot (it was parked too close to the curb). We never felt rushed or pressured to exceed our budget which was a relief. He even went through a checklist to ensure we knew the bells and whistles of the Passport Touring. Luckily, we are loyal Honda owners and were already aware of some. The final step was to speak with Igor Kushnar who did not push an up-sale (thank you) although we did purchase a bumper to bumper warranty. In our eyes, the relief of not worrying is completely worth the price. All in all, the process was great, the staff was great, the atmosphere was great and our happiness with the 2019 Honda Passport Touring is off the charts! Thanks to everyone who worked or spoke to us! We were 100% completely satisfied with the entire transaction to purchase the 2019 Honda Passport Touring from CMA Valley Honda. Amanda, Andrew and other team members were polite and great to work with. The office was bright and proudly displayed awards (which based on our experience, they completely deserve again). We don’t even mind travelling again for maintenance even though we could get it locally. When excellent customer service is received, it is worth the extra time! We also love the Heroes program and are thankful that CMA Valley Honda is part of USAA Car Buying service. We also told multiple people that we hope to purchase a 2020 Honda Civic SI in the summer from CMA Valley Honda. It may become our dealership for life. PS...
