I had the pleasure of working with Ben Thomas, who was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. In a short time, we had my new CR-V picked out and started working on the application. Ben and the finance manager, Alexis, were both terrific. They turned a potentially stressful situation into an enjoyable one. I felt that I could trust them, the process was streamlined and simple, and I went home confident that I received a fair deal.
