Ben Thomas displayed professionalism and excellent knowledge throughout my whole car leasing experience. He was also very courteous and followed up very quickly about any questions I had. We have visited many dealerships in the past and this one made buying a car the easiest and fastest process I've ever seen. My spouse and I previously leased a vehicle from this Honda location. When the lease was about to end, we were debating about financing a new vehicle. Once we entered the dealership, we were greeted kind Honda location. When the lease was about to end, we were debating about financing a new vehicle. Once we entered the dealership, we were greeted kindly by various Honda sales employees. Ben Thomas then greeted us with the utmost friendliness and asked if we were looking into purchasing a new vehicle that day. We were very undecided on weather leasing again or financing a new vehicle. Mr. Thomas then took the time and sat down with us to fully explain in great detail the options that were available to us financing vs leasing again. Never once did we feel pressured by MR. Thomas to make a decision nor did he try to sway our decision in one direction. He made us feel very comfortable as if we knew him for years. We ended up coming out of our lease and financing the same vehicle since we were already comfortable with the vehicle and its value was holding up nicely. We plan on purchasing another Honda vehicle in the near future and would most certainly come back and sit down with Ben Thomas for this purchase. I have also recommend this Honda dealership along with MR. Ben Thomas to various friends and family. Great experience, great customer service, makes a great environment for vehicle shopping and this location is right on the money! Keep up the good work! More

This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of working with the sales people at the dealership. I have found them to be gentlemen and very accommodating. I was pleased that the price negotiation process with the sales people at the dealership. I have found them to be gentlemen and very accommodating. I was pleased that the price negotiation process was not drawn out with the salesman making multiple trips into the manager's office. I had worked previously with Ben and had been satisfied so I asked for him when I arrived. As he was busy, he asked Anthony to assist me. Anthony was also a pleasure to work with. Ben was the person who concluded the deal in a highly satisfactory manner, even bringing the paperwork to my home for my wife to sign and then transporting me back to the dealership to pick up my car. My only dissatisfaction occurred when negotiating a loan rate with Jonathan. The initial "best rate" he had been able to achieve was quite high. I told him I would try with my bank and he told me I'd be wasting my time, that the 4.5% he had arranged was a good rate, despite my 714 credit score. Nevertheless, I checked with my bank and was quickly offered 2.99%. When I reported this to Jonathan, he decided to make "one last try." Sure enough, the quote came back at 2.89%. When I made an additional downpayment, the rate dropped to 2.79%. I accepted that rate but I wonder how low the bank was actually prepared to go. I realize that this is a routine part of the car sales business, but I find it to be sleazy. I act with integrity in my dealings and expect others to do the same. Unfortunately, this is not quite the case with Honda of New Rochelle and, therefore, the basis of my lower than excellent ratings. Had the loan rate nonsense not occurred, I would gladly have given all 5's. I caution future buyers to do all of their homework first, not just on the details of the car but also of the lending rates. More

I went to Honda of New Rochelle to lease a new CRV yesterday. The salesperson, Ben, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The general manager, JR, was also great. I got a fantastic deal- I shopped around a lot before selecting this car, and their price was the best that I found. This was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the service I received. I will definitely recommend Ben and JR to my friends and family and I will be back when I need another vehicle. More

Recently having gone through a bad divorce, which in turn resulted in a foreclosure of my home and having to file chapter 7 bankruptcy, I never believed I would have been able to get myself a new honda for m resulted in a foreclosure of my home and having to file chapter 7 bankruptcy, I never believed I would have been able to get myself a new honda for my my new bride. Ben said it was possible and Mohamed the Finance manager believed in me and got us the rate we wanted but at the same time both were extreme gentleman with a fun personality which made the process so painless. Mohamed realized my situation and he made us feel so comfortable and I appreciate the fact that we had purchased a car from them previously and he wanted to keep us as satisfied customers.
