We visited this dealer to purchase a used vehicle. After a test drive we sat with our salesman to try to come to a deal. Moments later as we were walking out the door he made a 2nd verbal offer that was more than 2000 dollars less. Still above our desired limit but closer we left to think it over. When I went back to purchase the truck the dealership would not honor the verbally agreed amount. Ben did not remember the offer and told me "that is not the way they do it". They rushed me through papers after dealers hours .
