Since I just purchased my 2012 Accord in July, I had a few questions on operating some things in my car and Ben took the time to explain things to me while sitting with me in my car. Ben Wysocki was very polite & professional. However, in trying to get an appointment, I was UNABLE to get through to Express Service desk 3 times when I called. The phone did not roll back to the opera in trying to get an appointment, I was UNABLE to get through to Express Service desk 3 times when I called. The phone did not roll back to the operator even when 2 of the times I held for more than 3 minutes. I finally drove over to your building to get service and to register my displeasure with your phone situation. Even if you are in the process of moving to new facilities a customer should not be left dangling on hold, nor should one have to leave a recorded message for a return call. Often recorded messages are not returned in a timely fashion because of other customers right in front of you or the recorded message is overlooked or missed entirely. Customers want to leave a message to a "live" person for immediate attention. Having been in sales for over 30 years I know that your present satisfied customers are your best source for future new car sales and future service work. Please get your telephone proficiency up to the standards of your sales and service departments. Thank you, Guy Wills More

I had general service work done on our 2009 Honda Accord that's required with the service light B, 1, & 2 for going over 50,000 miles. The service department was friendly and the quality of work was little that's required with the service light B, 1, & 2 for going over 50,000 miles. The service department was friendly and the quality of work was little above average. With this all being general service work I was expecting a different pricing structure, but I guess that's what you get for pricing at a dealership. After I get pass 100,000 miles I will definitely be doing more price checking. I left the car at 9:00am and came back around 12:30am and was a little surprised they didn't wash the car as they had stated when I dropped it off. I didn't have time to go back in to get that done and hope they focus on their checklist of activities better next time. More

I have had nothing but awesome experiences at Luther Brookdale Honda. I bought my car from there and return every time I need a service. Many places you go, especially as a woman, treat you as if you kn Brookdale Honda. I bought my car from there and return every time I need a service. Many places you go, especially as a woman, treat you as if you know nothing and some literally make fun of you as you stand there. The people I work with at Brookdale actually take the time to teach me what's happening with my car if I don't understand something or have questions. I've had to do a lot of small fixes on my own with various cars so I'm not a complete dunce but I won't pretend to be any kind of car expert...and they take that as an opportunity to teach not tease. More
