Excellent customer experiece as usual from BMW This is our 3rd BMW. Our Sales Representative, Patrick Murphy kept us informed throughout the process. Because of some minor service maintenance and a air bag recall, we were unable to take our car home that day. However, Patrick said he would deliver the car the next day and he did.. I might add, we are about 1 1/4 hours from Kuni BMW Beaverton, Oregon to our home in Longview, WA. I used the Costco buying program and was introduced to Beni upon arrival....Within in a few minutes, he created a friendly bond and selectively asked I used the Costco buying program and was introduced to Beni upon arrival....Within in a few minutes, he created a friendly bond and selectively asked and engaged me....His actions speaks to his passion for BMW! He soon narrowed the selection of cars to ONE and in no time flat, we were test driving....and once back, he precisely began to engage me in what I liked and disliked.
