Salesman Benito and I negotiated the price of a vehicle. I proceeded with signing contracts and paying my down payment. I informed them that I have booked my flight to pick up the vehicle. He then informed I proceeded with signing contracts and paying my down payment. I informed them that I have booked my flight to pick up the vehicle. He then informed me of service charges “not much” totaling $3,950 will be added to the price of the vehicle. I politely declined paying any extra charges after the fact and asked for a refund of my down payment. I had to contact the dealership repeatedly in order to remind them to reverse the charges. They were insisting that I pay an extra $10k for another vehicle they had available. If I didn’t have $4k apparently I had an extra $10k? They’re crooks! The contract/warranty has discrepancies as well. It took the dealership 2 weeks to reverse the charges. I’ve gone through 3 weeks of headaches dealing with this dealership. If you do decide to do business with this dealership, be sure to use Robert Redix, he was the only salesman compassionate enough to ensure that I was treated fairly. More

Not sure if this went through before but we were very happy with the product and service we received. Andrea out sales lady was very friendly, kind, and courteous. She helped us get our car and trade in at a fair price The manager Dan helped us to get an extended warrantee even though we were taking it as is. They delivered it to our house which was a 2 hour drive. I held up the delivery man at our house after he made the Drive because I didn't understand something in the paper work. Even though by then it was after hours he was able to get ahold of the staff so my question would be answered. Even the delivery was nice and polite even though he could have been mad after driving a ll that way. We accepted the car and are thrilled to have I t. The worst experience I ever had. I put a down payment on the vehicle. Get told it just needs some minor fixes on the motor for the driver side window and replacing the front windshie I put a down payment on the vehicle. Get told it just needs some minor fixes on the motor for the driver side window and replacing the front windshield. They didn't even kept me updated on the car. So i had to call and text to see whats going on. Then get basically told excuse after excuse throughout after 2 weeks. No one has even touched it. Then get told by the guy tell the banks i have the vehicle in my possession to "help" speed up the process. The banks and I both said no not until i actually get the vehicle. Then another couple of days later. Get told by another person that they will print out a "we owe you" that way I can actually get the vehicle and it can get fixed after the wait process of 3 weeks for a vehicle. So in the end I canceled the contract and went to get the refund from them after getting out from my 1st Job then had to waste my personal time before going into 2nd job that day. Then get told it will be 2 to 3 business days i will get my refund. Currently 4 days after and nothing. Funny ain't it. They can take your money same day but can't give it back until two to three business days after so they say. More
