Circus I am 72 years old. My family and I negotiated pricing on a used Subaru. The dealership wouldn't hold the car until I could arrange a ride to the dea I am 72 years old. My family and I negotiated pricing on a used Subaru. The dealership wouldn't hold the car until I could arrange a ride to the dealership a couple of days later unless I gave them a non-refundable deposit. I told them I was unwilling to provide them with my credit card number. I contacted Benjamin the day of to confirm my arrival between 6:30-7:00. He told me the car was still available, but could still be sold before I got there. I shared that I would like to get in and out of the dealership as soon as possible as I didn't like to drive at night. I also told him to make sure the dealership didn't attempt to sell me any extras as I wasn't interested nor able to afford anything additional. We arrived early at 6:15. Waited until nearly 7:00 for the vehicle to be brought around for a look and test drive. Took a 10 minute test drive and then waited again. Car had 10+ door dings that I will get repaired at some point. The arm console is loose and won't tighten. The vehicle was on fumes so I had to insist on filling the tank. We then waited while many salespersons stood around as well as two finance guys watched the paint dry. Still we sat. Eventually, a finance guy said he was ready and of course wasted everyone's time by trying to sell the overpriced extras. Nearly two and a half hours later the tank was finally filled and the car was taken through a car wash. We then realized as we left that we only had one set of keys. I contacted Ben and he immediately stated they only had the one set. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle. They are a dealership and could have easily provided a second key. More

Salesman Benjamin Meeks was very knowledgeable and offered a number of different choices to suit my needs. He was patient as I test drove vehicles to get a better idea of what I wanted to purchase. He answered all questions I had with authority and knowledge. He did an outstanding job of selling without being pushy. Benjamin also kept me informed of what was going on and how long things would take during the entire purchasing process. I am very happy with the condition and ride of the used car I purchased. I will be going back to wild and Benjamin for future purchases. More

They have a very large staff, and we rec'd all the attention we needed. When I've had to buy a (new-to-me) used car in the past, buying or considering one from a new-car dealer has always resulted in the best experiences, and Wilde Chrysler Jeep, etc. was the best of all those. The car was pretty much as described, and that mattered a lot because we drove from so far away. The fact that this was a (relatively) very inexpensive car did not reduce the attentiveness of our sales person, Benjamin Meeks, or the finance person, Shawn Dooley. I don't want to jinx myself because, again, it's only the car that matters; but if you have to look for a used car, check this place out: highly recommended. More
