Purchase of used Grand Cherokee Salesman was friendly but not overly pushy, which I liked. Originally declined extended warranty, but 2 days after purchase husband convinced me to take the warranty. Called to advise that I wanted the extended warranty. Had no problem with that and was able to do it over the phone with a credit card. It was an easy process. More

He helped with a fair price and was super knowledgable about everything. Wilde has found a valuable asset by having him. If it wasn't for him and his persistence, I would not have considered them over the 2 other dealerships within 10 minutes from me (they are over 45 min drive but WELL worth it.) A True Asset to the team and how every employee should try to be in that business. Will be back for next vehicle and Wilde has attained a lifelong customer from here on out. More

Easy process at Wilde Subaru Great experience all the way around. We live in northeastern WI, and had been watching the price on a used vehicle on the Wilde (via their website a Great experience all the way around. We live in northeastern WI, and had been watching the price on a used vehicle on the Wilde (via their website and CarGurus) lot for several weeks. Contacted Wilde through their website, and received a quick response from Mike in the Internet sales area. Mike set up an appointment for us, and we met with Tim Brown, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took us on a test drive and did a great job walking us through the sales process. We also met with Terrence in Finance who took care of all the paperwork. The whole process took about 2hrs 15 minutes on the day we bought the car. Thanks to Mike, Tim and Terrence for their efficient and friendly service. More
