This dealership doesn't play any of the traditional car dealer "games". They are honest, upfront and entirely dedicated to great customer service. You can tell that this dealership is not focused on making a sale, but on earning your business as a lifelong client. My family has been purchasing cars from this dealership for over a decade because of the great service and pricing. I highly recommend Ed Martin Toyota. Eric Sarjeant leads an amazing team of professionals who really want you to find the best car for your needs. Recently I was given the option by my company to upgrade my car. We have been looking for a Toyota Sienna for close to a year, but it has been a vehicle that was hard to find for the price and miles we were looking for. I called the dealership and spoke with Eric and they had a car we were interested in. He encouraged us to come in and check it out. I swung by and Ben happened to be going inside the same time I was, so he was the one to take care of us. It was a fairly easy process. We test drove the car, we found a small issue and they took care of it before we signed the contract. Justo was the last person we dealt with and he was really personable and good at his job. From start to finish I can attest this was the easiest and smoothest process I've ever had buying a car. Maybe it helped that I knew what I wanted, but I feel like I was dealing with knowledgeable and competent people. I would deal with Ed Martin Toyota again. Great car buying experience. More
