This dealership doesn't play any of the traditional car dealer "games". They are honest, upfront and entirely dedicated to great customer service. You can tell that this dealership is not focused on making a sale, but on earning your business as a lifelong client. He even took time out of a SUPER BUSY inventory day to break down the insurance settlement numbers, do research on the vehicle my friend was buying, and give him a great deal on it. They have provided great cars, amazing service, and they don't do any of the "car dealer games" that other dealers are infamous for doing. Eric Sarjeant leads an amazing team of professionals who really want you to find the best car for your needs. Recently I was given the option by my company to upgrade my car. We have been looking for a Toyota Sienna for close to a year, but it has been a vehicle that was hard to find for the price and miles we were looking for. I swung by and Ben happened to be going inside the same time I was, so he was the one to take care of us. It was a fairly easy process. We test drove the car, we found a small issue and they took care of it before we signed the contract. Justo was the last person we dealt with and he was really personable and good at his job. From start to finish I can attest this was the easiest and smoothest process I've ever had buying a car. Maybe it helped that I knew what I wanted, but I feel like I was dealing with knowledgeable and competent people. I would deal with Ed Martin Toyota again. Great car buying experience. More
