Sent a request online Friday night. Was contacted Saturday morning. Drove in today and left in a 2020 Camry. Love my vehicle. Told the guys what I wanted and they had it! I can not put into words how awesome it was to deal with Ben Norman of Ed Martin Toyota during my purchasing experience. I originally met Ben back in May at the height of the pandemic/shut-down when I test- Ben Norman of Ed Martin Toyota during my purchasing experience. I originally met Ben back in May at the height of the pandemic/shut-down when I test-drove a used Toyota Camry TRD. I liked it, but told Ben I wanted a new one and in white. A tough task, especially with how rare the model is. Ben was totally understanding, and didn't try to sell me on the silver one. I appreciated that. Cut to late July, I visit a Toyota dealership that was closer to home on the Southside of Indy. I told them what I wanted, they led me to believe they could get a White TRD. I even put down a deposit for the car. I was told they'd contact me in 2-10 days. They never contacted me. I had to contact them, only for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to get the car after all. They tried to sell me a different color, told me White would be "impossible", then tried to up-sell me on a Supra when I went to get my deposit back. I immediately e-mailed Ben, told him what I wanted. Even if I had to wait for the 2021 Model, I was going to go through Ben. Not only did I not have to wait, Ben was able to order a White TRD directly from the Toyota Assembly Line. He kept me updated every few weeks on the status of the car, and let me know when they'd get it in. I went on a Thursday afternoon to get it. He and everyone at Ed Martin were extremely nice and helpful. We worked out a deal, and I was on the road in no time at all. This is the first time I've ever had a new car, and Ben made it a very fun experience. I hope to be dealing with him and Ed Martin Toyota for years to come! More
