I knew I wanted to lease a Rav 4. I wanted the sale to be fast and quick. I just recently had a baby, and didn’t want to leave my baby just to come look at vehicles especially when salesmen keep you forever fast and quick. I just recently had a baby, and didn’t want to leave my baby just to come look at vehicles especially when salesmen keep you forever. When Ben got a hold of me, it was quick and to the point. I told him what I wanted to spend a month in payments, and he made it happen. I didn’t have to go sit in a dealership while we sorted through finance paperwork. Meaning I could text all my information to him while attending to my baby. He wasn’t pushy and helped me through everything. My fiancé and I got approved and in a day we drove off the lot with our leased vehicle. The customer service was incredible!!!! Now Finance department working with Bryce was awesome. He was quick with the paperwork and got us in and out to the best of his ability. He told us what we should add to the lease and his honest opinion. He answered my fiancé’s concerns and mine and explained everything about a lease!!! Excellent customer service, and I will be coming back here when my lease is up to talk to these two about another one!!! More
