Sold my 2017 740 to this dealer about 3 weeks ago. Process took about 20”. However a week later and continuing even today, dealer has sent me several corrected sets of paperwork for signature. Several rewritten Powers of Attorney and Odometer statements. It’s as if they’ve never bought a used car before, I’ve been a loyal and happy customer at this dealer for over 20 yrs, both sales and service. The paperwork issue delayed payment of proceeds, though management resolved that issue reasonably quickly, about 9 days post sale. But the requests for corrections in paperwork continues. More
