Upon getting to the dealership, Steve greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism, allowing me to explore the lot on my own without any pressure. Upon finding a 330i XDrives I was interested in, Steve promptly assisted me with the utmost professionalism. Unfortunately, my first choice was a car that had already been sold. However, this did not deter Steve, as he and his team worked to find me an EXACT MATCH at another dealership, and had the car in the dealership for me the very next day. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was perfectly cleaned and detailed and beautifully displayed in the showroom. Steve made the day feel special, and I cannot thank him enough for that. Although the process of closing took some time, Steve and his team were courteous and friendly throughout the entire process, continuously checking to give me updates on when it would be my turn to meet with the financing team.
