I was pretty unhappy and frustrated with a leaking rear window in my out-of-warranty 2020 Sierra pickup. Once I made my frustration known, I was directed to Service Manager Bernie Gunn. Bernie went above a window in my out-of-warranty 2020 Sierra pickup. Once I made my frustration known, I was directed to Service Manager Bernie Gunn.
