After expressing my disappointment with a negative review regarding a leaky rear window in my 2020 Sierra pickup, I was directed to service manager Bernie Gunn. My frustration level was pretty high at this p regarding a leaky rear window in my 2020 Sierra pickup, I was directed to service manager Bernie Gunn. My frustration level was pretty high at this point. Bernie gave me straight answers and said he would do his best to reduce the financial impact of a full rear window replacement. He didn't make any promises, other than that he would try his best. Bernie went above and beyond my expectations. I can't thank him, and whoever else was part of this process, enough. I will continue my relationship with Faulkner. More
