My inital visit to Pacifico Ford was to look and perhaps test drive a vechicle. I had previously lookes at the Ford Edge on line. I went to the Automall, when I entered I was greeted immediately from Mr. Jo test drive a vechicle. I had previously lookes at the Ford Edge on line. He showed me a few cars , gave me a few test drives . We looked at some figures on paper, looked at some features of the vechicles. He was very knowledgable of the vechicles. My mind was made up by the time I left the dealer. I was very satisfied with the service,the price and the overall experience. Thank you Mr. Jones for making this transaction a smooth and uncomplicated one. By the way my other car is a Mazda and I purchased that from Pacifico also 14 years ago. More

The dealership treated me well in all respects, the car was exactly what was told to me over the phone, I did however have to wait quite a while before the car was brought out for my test drive.
