As always Bernard Jones made my experience at Pacifico very easy and painless. He goes above and beyond to make it work for you, he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. It is such a welcoming experience that you get once you walk in the doors at Pacifico. After I purchased my 2012 Ford Edge (which I love) I came back 2 weeks later and Bernard helped my son buy his first vehicle, a 2005 Toyota 4Runner (which he loves). My inital visit to Pacifico Ford was to look and perhaps test drive a vechicle. I had previously lookes at the Ford Edge on line. I went to the Automall, when I entered I was greeted immediately from Mr. Jo test drive a vechicle. I had previously lookes at the Ford Edge on line. I went to the Automall, when I entered I was greeted immediately from Mr. Jones. he introduced himself and I told him what my interest were and my budget. He showed me a few cars , gave me a few test drives . We looked at some figures on paper, looked at some features of the vechicles. He was very knowledgable of the vechicles. My mind was made up by the time I left the dealer. I was very satisfied with the service,the price and the overall experience. Thank you Mr. Jones for making this transaction a smooth and uncomplicated one. By the way my other car is a Mazda and I purchased that from Pacifico also 14 years ago. More

The dealership treated me well in all respects, the car was exactly what was told to me over the phone, I did however have to wait quite a while before the car was brought out for my test drive. The only thing that did upset me was the gas tank was completely empty I had to purchace gas less than a mile from the dealership just so I could get outto the expressway.
