Once again, Pacifico Ford has come through for me, specifially my man Bernard Jones and Dave Waz. I've been a customer of Pacifico Ford for 4-5 years now, started with my 04 F-150, traded that in for specifially my man Bernard Jones and Dave Waz. I've been a customer of Pacifico Ford for 4-5 years now, started with my 04 F-150, traded that in for an 08 Lincoln MKZ. When I realized the MKZ wasn't for me, I went back and with help from Mike Larkin, I found the right vehicle for me. Bernard and Dave worked their magic and within a couple short hours, I was leaving the dealership with a smile on my face and 2010 Ford Explorer! It took longer for me to clean my personal things out of the MKZ than to get financed! I owe all my happiness to Bernard, he really makes things happen. He's always there to talk to you and joke with you and make you feel more like a family member than a customer. His kind an reassuring words always relax me.
