He is the ONLY reason I'm givng 5 stars for this dealership. Bernard is what I call an "old school" sales consultant. He actually cares about his customers. In spite of upper management giving him a hard time, Bernard continues to go above and beyond the call of duty to keep his customers happy. And he does it with a constant million dollar smile. More

We worked with Bernard and Tommy. Both were very friendly. We came to Rusty Wallace after leaving a different dealership where the salesmen were cocky and rude. Bernard was very nice and at no time friendly. We came to Rusty Wallace after leaving a different dealership where the salesmen were cocky and rude. Excellent all the way around! Bernard Jr. did a great job going through all of the features and options for the Pilot, and honing in on what I wanted. They took care of all my needs quickly and efficien job going through all of the features and options for the Pilot, and honing in on what I wanted. They took care of all my needs quickly and efficiently. I got the car I wanted, with all of the options and add-ons that I wanted. They even got me the color I wanted, even though they didn't have one in stock on their lot. More
