During my initial visit when I leased my RDX Bernardo seemed nice, I requested that remote auro start come with my car and he led me to believe it did, even after I questioned him about the key fob not h seemed nice, I requested that remote auro start come with my car and he led me to believe it did, even after I questioned him about the key fob not having the feature auto start. He dismissed me by saying it’s done via AcuraLink, that was not true because they are not the same. When I found out that he had misled me and called because I was having issues with AcuraLink auto start he was very dismissive and said I needed to call them not him. I never asked for AcuraLink, I was able to get more help from another Acura dealership than fro him. This was my first time dealing with Acura and even though I gave him a good review at first I must change it to zero. I don’t think I even want to service my car with that dealership. More
