Bernardo was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. It was a pleasure doing business with Acura of Denville. I had reached out to several dealerships in the area and by far the customer service in Denville was exceptional. Bernardo was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was excellent at getting back to be in a timely manner and answered questions immediately. He was cognizant of my job and my hours at work and asked which form of communication would be best. Communicating was easy. I had a great experience with the dealership. I was there to get an MDX which had been advertised at a lower price. On inspection, I found out there was a water leakage through the door as it had rained the to get an MDX which had been advertised at a lower price. On inspection, I found out there was a water leakage through the door as it had rained the previous day. The salesperson, Bernado, quickly decided to show me another vehicle rather than getting the door gasket fixed. He showed me another MDX which was quite expensive but very low mileage. He agreed to lower the price so I can get a better vehicle. Throughout the process, there was no hidden numbers, he was so transparent with the transaction. Unlike two other dealerships I had visited. Denville Acura allowed me to work with my bank for a loan which was approved 4 days later. There was no pressure. Bernado, I will say was the best, knowledgeable, and courteous sales person I have met in any dealership. Hopefully, this will help others who would like to buy from a TRUE DEALERSHIP. More
