I drove all the way from Maryland to buy a specific car from them. After arriving there I was told that I could not get approved for a loan because I was too upside down in my previous car loan. The staf from them. After arriving there I was told that I could not get approved for a loan because I was too upside down in my previous car loan. The staff there did EVERYTHING they could to make things work out for me and made sure that I left that day with the car that I came there to purchase. Everyone there really went above and beyond my expectations of a car dealership and I am truly grateful for everything they did. I would definitely make another 3 hour drive there if I wanted to purchase another car! More

I saw exactly the price I am paying, sales tax, registration and small documentation fee - that is it. No prep fees, cleaning fees, “bs” fees. Having previously sour experience, it was refreshing that none was trying to “load” me with any additional payments. When I arrived, Bernardo answered all my questions and allowed me to spend as much time as I needed in order to check, test drive the car. Finance Manager JoseG handled all paperwork in a matter of minutes and I was out the door with my new purchase. On the top of that, the owners support Autism Awareness program which means a lot for me. Thank you. More
