Bernice walked us through the entire process with keen attention to details and patience. Her knowledge of the brand and how to explain them to her customers is second to none. We left with a newly leased Honda HRV. This was my mother's first experience at Motor World and she can not stop telling others what a wonderful experience it was for her. We don't see the name of representative was that processed our paperwork and payment, but would like to give her 5 stars as well.
