Not the easiest buying experience… wouldn’t let me drive out of parking lot… never had that happen before… Then I had to call for 3 days multiple times a day trying to purchase my new pilot elite, still nev out of parking lot… never had that happen before… Then I had to call for 3 days multiple times a day trying to purchase my new pilot elite, still never returned a call. I had to show up at the dealer wait 40 min… before being helped even though i was there 2 times before for approx hour each time…. NOW I AM SITTING WAITING FOR CERAMIC COATING SERVICE….. SOMETHING THAT WAS SET UP IN ADVANCE AND I WAS TOLD JUST COME UP…..WE WILL GET RENTAL… SO EASY!!! The reality of it is it took 2 hours out of my morning to drop a car off…. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! More

Bernice walked us through the entire process with keen attention to details and patience. Her knowledge of the brand and how to explain them to her customers is second to none. We left with a newly leased Honda HRV. This was my mother's first experience at Motor World and she can not stop telling others what a wonderful experience it was for her. We don't see the name of representative was that processed our paperwork and payment, but would like to give her 5 stars as well. She was incredibly efficient and explained all the documents to my mother in full detail. Thank you to everyone to make this process seamless for my mom. More
