Well to be fair, the dealership should reward in some way Bernice Berzenski and Budd Macarry, Earlier this year I wasn’t treated very well by a member of the staff dealing with a possible double trade on two Bernice Berzenski and Budd Macarry, Earlier this year I wasn’t treated very well by a member of the staff dealing with a possible double trade on two leased vehicles so I went to other dealerships and actually made other deals. I had honestly given up on MotorWorld from that experience until Budd Macarry called and apologized for what happened earlier. He then said he would make it right and went over several options available. He then introduced me to Bernice and if not for those two dedicated professionals I would still be buying elsewhere. We made a great deal on what seems to be a great car and I can’t say enough about the way we were treated and how they made it right. I thanked them personally but I think that MotorWorld should recognize these two great people for their loyalty and professionalism. If they are still working when I’m in need of a new vehicle, without hesitation they are my first call. More

Not the easiest buying experience… wouldn’t let me drive out of parking lot… never had that happen before… Then I had to call for 3 days multiple times a day trying to purchase my new pilot elite, still nev out of parking lot… never had that happen before… Then I had to call for 3 days multiple times a day trying to purchase my new pilot elite, still never returned a call. I had to show up at the dealer wait 40 min… before being helped even though i was there 2 times before for approx hour each time…. NOW I AM SITTING WAITING FOR CERAMIC COATING SERVICE….. SOMETHING THAT WAS SET UP IN ADVANCE AND I WAS TOLD JUST COME UP…..WE WILL GET RENTAL… SO EASY!!! The reality of it is it took 2 hours out of my morning to drop a car off…. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! More
