This was the second time, I have worked with Bernie on a new car purchase. Bernie is very attentive, listening to my needs/wants, in order to select the appropriate care for me. I could not have been happier with the selection of my new Focus, and everything the team did with me. Bernie even listened to our casual conversation, and found a rebate I was unaware of, which saved me another $750 on our transaction. After working with Bernie, I started to work with Steve to finalize the deal. Steve was very quick, not pushy, but rather listened to my needs and understood what worked for me. Steve was very informative and helpful, explaining different finance options, terms, etc. Steve also, was understanding when I changed my mind on terms, and re-ran the contracts through a 2nd/3rd time. I would highly recommend the RockRiver Block, and especially the duo of Bernie and Steve. More

I never got that pushy feeling you can sometimes get at car lots.
