OUR FIRST MINI VAN My family has bought new and used vehicles from Bernie at Anderson for many years. While we have always bought Ford, this time we were in the market f My family has bought new and used vehicles from Bernie at Anderson for many years. While we have always bought Ford, this time we were in the market for a used mini van and Ford hasn't sold mini vans for years so I didn't call Bernie. Rick, a great manager at Anderson and a new friend heard we were in the market and let Bernie know. Bernie reached out to me right as I was on my way to a different dealership to likely buy a used van we had found online. After telling Bernie about our plan he asked if he could help in anyway and offered to help me find something at Anderson Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. I told him thanks but Anderson doesn't have any used vans meeting our needs and the new ones that did were way out of our price range. Long story short Bernie and Rick brokered a great deal and a low interest rate on a brand new Chrysler mini van with the guys over at their Anderson Chrysler dealership. We were able to buy new loaded mini van within our use vehicle budget. Thanks to Bernie and Rick for going the extra mile. Also Pat and Kevin at Chrysler were very nice to work with and very helpful with closing out the paperwork and delivering the vehicle. More

I have never been pressured when buying a vehicle from Bernie. He is a pleasure to work with. I have purchase 6 vehicles from Bernie the latest being a 2015 F150. I traded in my 2014 Silverado for the F150. Bernie was very excited to see me, and to show me this beautiful blue F150 on the show room floor. Bernie was so enthusiastic to about this F150 he talked me into it, but not before showing me 3 other trucks. Bernie is the best I've dealt with. He wants you (the customer) to be happy. There have been times when I would call Bernie and let him know what I'm looking for, and he would call me back a few hours later to let me know my vehicle is ready, just come in and sign the papers. I could go on forever about Bernie. He truly is a class act, and only has your (the customer) needs in mind. An Excellent Salesman! We bought a 2015 Ford Taurus from Bernie Krowczyk last Friday, March 20, 2015. We wanted a bronze fire color, so Bernie sent people over to Freeport We bought a 2015 Ford Taurus from Bernie Krowczyk last Friday, March 20, 2015. We wanted a bronze fire color, so Bernie sent people over to Freeport to do a dealer trade! He had a black Taurus on the showroom floor, but when I told him that I didn't like the black one, he said that he would get me whatever color I wanted! And, of course, he did! He always asks us when we get ready to take our new vehicle home, "Are you sure you're happy with it?" He has always been concerned with how we feel when everything is said and done! He is an excellent salesman, but more important, he is a true and honest friend. Bernie has sold us 16 new vehicles in the last 18 years. So you know that we really like and trust him! We hope he never retires! :) More
