However, It has been my extreme pleasure to have had the sales services of Mr. Bernie Krowcyzk on several occasions. Yes, I have purchased several vehicles with his excellent assistance. He is a special sales gentleman in that he understands his customers, their specific needs and inclinations. Mr. Krowcyzk develops an understanding of his clients that then allows him to give you just the right, and correct assistance that you need, such as in helping you decide on the type of vehicle first, through the options and details, to the exacting explanations of all those features. In addition to his uncanny perception in really getting to "know" people, he also seems to always know when they need a little time to think things over, to decide, to consider new and different ideas, etc. He is such a genuine and caring "people " person. This is not as easy or common as one might think. It takes education and understanding and heart. This type of personality is used for such "good" in his case as he really respects you so much during the entire process. From the first time you walk in to the last detailed instruction (on one of your new vehicle's many challenging pieces of instrumentation!), you are guided with kindness, professionalism and respectful authenticity. This type of connection then assures one that they can return to the dealership if necessary for further guidance. I have consistently and enthusiastically recommended Mr. Krowcyzk to several family members, friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so in future. I applaud his work ethic! More
