Within a few minutes, Bernie K. approached us and asked if we had any questions. He was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable salesmen that I have ever met. He answered all of our questions about the car; but also directed us to the new Mustangs on the show floor (something that I have a great interest in). He took the time to find our interests without making us feel uncomfortable or pressured . In short , I feel Bernie is a great guy; and I would not hesitate to direct my friends to your dealership. He connected me with Bernie K. who I worked with over a few days test driving a couple different vehicles. We had many questions about leasing vs buying and Bernie was knowledgeable, experienced and had great advice. He actually listened to what we had to say and really understood our situation. He worked with Lance and Mike to figure out what would fit our needs. I appreciated the honesty, integrity and kindness of everyone we worked with through the entire process. I was looking for a new truck, when a friend suggested I try again. I am so happy I did. From the time I ordered my truck and when I picked it up the experience was great. The day I walked in I was met by Jason Brown. His friendly attitude and help as we ordered the truck was very helpful. He kept me informed while we were waiting for it to arrive. After it came in Greg Decman might have been the the easiest finance person I ever dealt with. He was helpful with finding rebates I qualified for. Then there's Bernie. I don't think there is a better salesman in the industry. He knows his products better than anyone I've seen. A real pleasure to deal with. Over all I highly recommend Anderson Rock River Ford. More
