Very patience and answered all our questions Bert Tvrz was the person who helped me pick my car and purchase. Both sales and billing representatives were very helpful, patient and although it was Bert Tvrz was the person who helped me pick my car and purchase. Both sales and billing representatives were very helpful, patient and although it was end of the day, they were not rushing us out and took all time to answer all of our questions in detail and sufficiently. This is my first great experience with buying cars as previously I have couple of representatives those would be either rushing out to make more sales and pay no attention to clarify the concerns or they keep selling you some stuff that I don't require. More

However, the shady way that the manager forced the anti-theft charge on me was enough to ruin my impression of this dealership. We buy a lot of vehicles through our business, and I did not appreciate his tactics nor his personality. Would probably not purchase here again because of him. More

Option Not Wanted/But a Great Deal/Experience Regardless My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from these folks and received a great deal. We were very pleased with the experience we had and the smoothness and professionalism that the personnel working there had. Everything went extremely well and we recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. There were only a couple of things That I didn’t agree with them about. Doc fees - this is just a way to get more money from the consumer. Every dealership does it and if your going to charge me for this just figure it in the cost of the vehicle, where it should be. I have my own business and I don’t charge you for writing the receipt... just sayin!! Secondly we had to buy a security system that they put on the car. I didn’t want it but they told me it was already in it. It is a sticker on each door and rear latch so if my car gets stolen the police can identify the parts when it gets chopped. I have insurance already that will also take care of my stolen car. Just didn’t want it and I was clearly forced to buy it for $199 if I wanted the vehicle. I was persistent about it and they did take $48 off the cost but still paid $ 151 for something I could of cared less was on the vehicle. Overall we are very pleased with our time at Bill Kay Honda and would buy from again. More
