Contacting Bert via phone at first in re: to a specific auto (Buick Envision Premium 1) was awesome! He was extremely helpful and polite. Once we arrived to see and ride the vehicle, Bert was standing at auto (Buick Envision Premium 1) was awesome! He was extremely helpful and polite. Once we arrived to see and ride the vehicle, Bert was standing at the door waiting for us! We arrived earlier than the time that they opened the doors, but he took us in early anyway!
