He came in on his day off to show us our Honda Pilot and stayed really late with us. For the first time in a long time a car buying experience was enjoyable! We can definitely see ourselves driving the 2.5 hrs to do business with him again! We'd also like to thank the gentleman, I'm so sorry I forgot his name, who finished up the paperwork with us. On Friday he asked us if we were interested in an extended warranty and we told him we were not. On Saturday he remembered we didn't want it and there was absolutely no pressure about anything we didn't want, which was also very nice for a change!! We want to thank everyone at Bill Kay Honda for an overall pleasant experience!! More

Consistent customer based service I go out of my way to come back to BILL KAY HONDA for my service needs. I moved 90 minutes away to another town that has Honda service.
