The people are kind. Unfortunately, that is shadowed by the poor communication, failure to meet their own expectations, and constant delays. After 2 MONTHS, 3 missed self Unfortunately, that is shadowed by the poor communication, failure to meet their own expectations, and constant delays. After 2 MONTHS, 3 missed self-imposed deadlines, and a significant loss of income as a result, I finally got my car back. The work got done and they tried to bring down the price a little, but unless something goes wrong with the specific repairs they did, I will be taking my car elsewhere for general maintenance. More

My service agent was great. I got a free Lyft ride home after drop off. Service was quick. A courtesy Lyft picked me up.
