For those considering Ancira Kia…think again. You will be treated amazingly when you are purchasing. But as soon as you have the vehicle, you no longer matter. My car is under 60,000 miles with the full “bumper to bumper” warranty. The brake assembly switch is out, which means that my push start (with no manual option) won’t work sometimes. This has left me stranded over a dozen times for up to 2 hours. This dealership has waitlisted me for over a month, lost my initial appointment so I had to create another one, and when I called because I need a loaner to get around (which is pretty standard when a vehicle under warranty is in the shop for repairs…especially when it’s the dealer that sold you the xxx in the first place), I was told they don’t have one and I’d “just have to wait” for them to get me in. Even though they messed up my original appointment. The service department is TERRIBLE and all the 1 star reviews for An it’s Kia are about their service department. Like I said, they surround you with care when buying and then leave you stranded and treat you like crap when you need them later. 1. Don’t buy Kia 2. If you must, don’t buy from Ancira Kia in SA. You have other, better, options. More

Poor customer service. Our KIA was not purchased at the dealership and our priority in the service department seemed to be less than. Little does the dealership know, I'm in the market for another KIA but dealership and our priority in the service department seemed to be less than. Had to leave without getting repair done because there seemed to be no urgency. More
