This is a great place if you need to buy a vacuum cleaner…. Because they suck. I went in to see 2 cars after they called me! To set up a test drive. One of the cars was not available. Spent hours with salesman getting the car out, finance papers, test drive all based on the 10995 price. Bibi came to finalize the deal. He asked what we can do to make this happen? But then told me price is.non negotiable. I still said yes and they could run the financing. At the end of the process of over 3/4 hours he came back and said, the price is $18200. They use "Bait and switch" sales tactics using deceptive advertising, to lure potential buyers to their dealership by advertising one vehicle at a certain price, then telling the customer that the particula advertising, to lure potential buyers to their dealership by advertising one vehicle at a certain price, then telling the customer that the particular vehicle is no longer available before using aggressive tactics to sell a different one. Stay away from this dealer!!! More

Salutations, I tend to avoid leaving bad reviews for businesses because we all know the saying. However there’s a difference between leaving a bad review and documenting my experience. If my experience is bad, it maybe the information a consumer needs in order to make an appropriate decision. I hope this helps a consumer so they do not go through the same unlawful actions that I went through. A little context, I’m a Disabled Veteran whose apartment had recently flooded and I was given a small settlement for my clothing and for a hotel, at the time I went to purchase a vehicle I was homeless, I took that settlement and decided to get a car because at least I would be able to move around if I didn’t have an apartment. It’s also important to note, that if I was denied for a vehicle here I was going to take that settlement and just get something old for the time being. 1. I utilized their online system on their website and I applied for finance approval for a Pre owned Vehicle with a $5,000 deposit. I was approved for the vehicle that I wanted and I was given an actual approval and an appointment at the dealership. The amount I was approved for was the same amount I ended up paying for a brand new vehicle. 2. On arrival, I mentioned that I had an approval through their finance department and the salesman whose name was Matthew originally told me that he’s never heard of the process. After he checked with a manager they told him that they were “waiting for me” and he took down some information 3. I asked to see the vehicle, and I was told that I would have to wait until I spoke with a manager for whatever reason. 4. Eventually a manager comes over and tells me that I was given a “conditional approval” from the bank. He states that Mitsubishi offers a new credit program along with the bank that states I have to accept a brand new Mitsubishi and make on time payments to qualify for the vehicle I applied for. I have to choose between 1 of 2 models, both were base models with very limited features. They stated I had to make payments for 90 days without missing any or making late payments. This would meet the “condition” that the bank were asking for 5. I originally declined, primarily because I never heard of any program like this, this would be my 6th vehicle purchase in about 14 years of driving, and something in my gut was telling me that something was off. They brought over a finance manager, the sales manager whose name was Mark and both assured me that this was the best option. In order to eventually get into the vehicle that I wanted. The vehicles that I wanted and the vehicle they sold me ended up being the same price per month, so it would show that I can afford it moving forward. I finally agreed and they brought me the 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 6. During the process the salesman asked me for my ID at least 10 times instead of just making copies of it, Eventually he lost my ID. The wrong address and email address was entered on my paperwork which created a big issue with receiving my bank statement on time and an issue with receiving my registration. They tried to downplay the severity of this issue, I literally received the sign in to Santander Bank literally 24 hours before my first payment was due. 7. About 45 days after having the Vehicle I called Santander Bank which is the bank that gave me the loan. They told me that they don’t offer “conditional” credit programs and that I would need to apply for a refinance but it can only be done after 6 months or 180 days. Refinance has been around for decades, the dealership lied about offering a new “credit program” 8. This dealership conducted “Bait & Switch” advertising which is unlawful More
