TERRIBLE! Big John and his sales manager wouldn’t let me purchase a vehicle because I wouldn’t use their financing or take their optional protection plan. I ca Big John and his sales manager wouldn’t let me purchase a vehicle because I wouldn’t use their financing or take their optional protection plan. I can’t believe a company can be so unprofessional and rude. Will be calling someone over this situation. How do you deny me a car when I have my money ready and because I declined an optional protection plan? They were mad that I knew my rights and they couldn’t trick me. Terrible. More
