Bill found my Ram at another dealership, worked up a great price for me and then had the Ram the very next day. After that experience, my wife leased a new Chrysler 200 a few months later. poor customer service Traded a beautifull 2007 Corvette on a used 2013 Ram that had 3000 miles on it. The truck was a beautifull lemon with haunting ignition problem, that Traded a beautifull 2007 Corvette on a used 2013 Ram that had 3000 miles on it. The truck was a beautifull lemon with haunting ignition problem, that would not let you remove the key at times, or act as though the battery was dead as well. Scranton Dodge changed the ignition, and the problem still continued, to the point that the key could be removed when the truck was running. When it went into the shop for analysis, it would not act up. I was told by Matt Pompey, to return his loaner car pronto, as though I was taking advantage of hospatality, while he was still trying to fix this beast, and couldn't duplicate the problem I was having. Did the right thing. I traded it in for a Chevy Colorado. Terrible financial loss on my part, a great deal for Scranton Dodge, with the trade of my vette More
