But, as far as when I picked up my 2012 GMC I was not as impressed with the service. The truck was not clean from sitting outside (had bird droppings on it), supposedly it was washed the day before. I was told it was completely serviced. But the door hinges squeaked terribly from a lack of being greased. The front license plate bracket was missing. I was told it was because of the plow, but I bought a bracket and installed it without an issue. All things that I ended up fixing on my "new" truck. I realize it is a used truck, but for $26,000 I guess I expected more. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to turning in my lease and getting another Malibu lease from Dick very soon. After checking the various websites, I noticed that DeNooyer had a large quantity of Impalas to choose from, even one in Red, my color of choice. Met with a salesman, Bill Asprion, who was extremely cordial and friendly. He made the whole buying process simple and quick. Took the new car home within hours after walking thru the door.
