DELUCA AND WARRELL SAVE THE DAY!!! I have been a millennium customer for my last 2 leases. So I am contacted through mail or by phone and I am familiar with their service as well. But what makes them unique are the employees like Warrel Wilson and Tommy DeLuca. After servicing my leased Accord at Millennium I couldn't help but notice the redesign last year which was a little upsetting to me, I am in 12 accord with 14 payments left. But I wanted that redisigned 2014. But with all these payments I thought I would have to wait. After being contacted by Bill Barbe who is a very knowledgeable salesman who definitely has great customer service skills and was relentless in calling he just couldn't get the numbers done on my first go around. I decided to give it another try and bill brought me to the showroom where he passed me offer to Tommy DeLuca who is not only knowledgeable about Honda, but Tommy went to bat for me he worked and worked until we found the car that worked and which Tommy said that numbers aren't the problem " finding the car you love is the hard part, numbers are the easy part my finance manager Warrel will figure out that part" with all these payments I don't know how they did it! Warrel and DeLuca saved the day! These guys were smart creative and a pleasure to work with. The dealership is great and so are all the employees I have encountered!!! More

Bill spent several hours with me in my purchase for a new Honda Pilot. He was very patient and worked hard to negotiate terms with his manager to come down to my requested purchase price. This is the second vehicle we have leased from Millennium and the people are very friendly and engaging. Every time we go in whether it be for a new car or service we are greeted immediately with a smile and and the people are very friendly and engaging. Every time we go in whether it be for a new car or service we are greeted immediately with a smile and kind words. The prices are fair and they are always willing to work with us so the purchase meets our budget. Our salesmen Bill is always there for us and bends over backwards to make sure all of needs are met. I have recommended Millennium to my friends and family and my sister actually leased an Accord from them. Overall great experiences every time we go there. More

I am a 4 times returning customer - which speaks volumes for the customer service of Millenium Honda. I went in to check out a car for a 3 year lease and was assisted by Bill Barbe. He has helped us out ear for the customer service of Millenium Honda. I went in to check out a car for a 3 year lease and was assisted by Bill Barbe. He has helped us out earlier and as always he is an excellent salesperson. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to find out which car suits you best and then works with you to give you the car which meets your needs. I went in on Saturday around 9 am and I walked out with my Honda Accord the same afternoon. I was helped by Bill, Hiresh, Amit and even the General Manager Peter Zorzy came and met us to ensure that everything was fine. In all I left the dealership happy with my leased car and more than satisfied with the service I received. I would certainly recommend this dealership. More
