We are pleased with both Ryan Miley and the rest of the sales staff and also the service department.........this is the second car I have purchased from Ryan, but have been doing business with this store s sales staff and also the service department.........this is the second car I have purchased from Ryan, but have been doing business with this store since Morrie's opened the dealership........the customer care does not end with the sale. The service department is always ready to help.......whether it is for basic service or you just need to have your phone re synced (it happens to some of us non techies)!!!!! I highly recommend Chippewa Valley Mazda. Their leadership makes them outstanding in the industry!!!! More

Excellent service I just bought another vehicle here. I have been buying my vehicles at Morrrie's for ten years. Everybody there is wonderful. Purchased a 2013 BMW 328i for a very great price, worked with the GM Bill, and sales manager Todd and they were great. Had Chad personally deliver my BMW which was a 100mile one way trip. Had some issues pop up after delivery, but Morrie's resolved them with no problem. Would most certainly buy from them again, hopefully not soon because I love my bimmer. :) thank you!! More

Ripped Off Bought a used vehicle that was priced double the blue book value. Two days after taking it home, I had no working headlights. Now I have no power steering, no air conditioning, no rear window defroster, no window washer and I just put out a couple hundred bucks to replace a motor mount. I believe they were aware of the problems but didn't disclose these items on the window check off list. More

Zoom Zoom Convertible Over the weekend, I bought a Mercedes-Benz Convertible. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Morrie's Mazda, especially Lor Over the weekend, I bought a Mercedes-Benz Convertible. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Morrie's Mazda, especially Loren Patten and James Waroff! The entire process, which can often be quite an extensive and long process, was surprisingly enjoyable and very expeditious. Loren took the time to answer all my questions and was an expert on the vehicle and made me feel very comfortable and not rushed or pressured, as other car salesmen often tend to do. Morrie's has several unique vehicles and they are very reasonably priced and the dealership also offers several perks such as free carwash/oil changes with every purchase. Thank you Loren, James, Bill and the rest of the staff at Morrie's who made this an experience I will not soon forget!! More

Great dealership to go I went to Morries today to look at a Kia Soul and well I went home with it. The staff there was inviting and extremely helpful. I did not feel any pressure in my expierence and would definately reccomend to anyone looking for a car. I had visited 2 other lots in Eau Claire and was not treated like I was at Morries. The sa Be sure to review them at the BBB Wisconsin...... Morrie's Chippewa Falls Mazda was hands-down the worst car-buying experience of my life. The sales process was easy and quick, and then the problems started as soon as I drove off the lot. The car was riddled with serious mechanical issues and electrical problems. Bent half-shaft, rims that wouldn't hold air, ABS issues, Etc. Morrie's supposedly has a rigorous 120 point inspection for there used cars. Beware of this sales gimmick. I am convinced that it merely consists of pen and paper and little else. Only one item was disclosed as inoperable on the inspection. I had to bring the car back 5 times to get it in reliable, useful condition. Watch for low-quality paint/refurbish repairs too. They pulled a little trick with my car to conceal a rust bubble by adding another badge to the trunk lid. Very classy. Customer service: Sub-Par, period. I was continuously ignored by the sales staff, including the sales manager, and I only started to get results when I escalated my dissatisfaction to the general manager. Even then it was difficult as he was pushing this back to the people that were not helping me. My suffering went on for ten weeks until there was a resolution. Morrie's succeeded in selling me a car, but they failed in keeping me as a customer. I got rid of this car as soon as I could and bought a car from a reputable dealership. Save yourself a headache and find what you are looking for elsewhere. My ultimate recommendation: Do not consider a used vehicle from this location. More

Warranty Issue I bought a 2008 Dodge Nitro from this dealer and bought the extended warranty with it to cover myself incase anything was to happen to the vehicle. A I bought a 2008 Dodge Nitro from this dealer and bought the extended warranty with it to cover myself incase anything was to happen to the vehicle. A few months later the head gasket went out and the warranty company came and looked at the vehicle and found that there was prior work done to the motor that was not done correctly so they denied my claim! So I bought this vehicle without knowing about the prior damage! So I contacted Morries and after 2 months of getting ignored except for when I called them they said they were not going to help! They did fix a couple things that were wrong with the vehicle but they said they were doing that on the side of dealing with this bill! So in the end I got stuck with a 8100.00 bill for something I should have never had to pay for since I bought the extended warranty! More

Great experience as always. Very friendly, professional and willing and able to answer any questions I had.
