Absolutely terrible service. Sold me a car that had the timing chain go out within a week of buying it. We are pleased with both Ryan Miley and the rest of the sales staff and also the service department.........this is the second car I have purchased from Ryan, but have been doing business with this store s sales staff and also the service department.........this is the second car I have purchased from Ryan, but have been doing business with this store since Morrie's opened the dealership........the customer care does not end with the sale. The service department is always ready to help.......whether it is for basic service or you just need to have your phone re synced (it happens to some of us non techies)!!!!! I highly recommend Chippewa Valley Mazda. Their leadership makes them outstanding in the industry!!!! More
