Bill and Charles were great. Bill's easy flexibility allowed us to explore our car options without any pressure at all, while his vehicle knowledge provided solid clarification in resolving any questions that we encountered along the way. It was actually quite refreshing. We will certainly not hesitate to go back to him when it's time to replace our truck. My husband and I both recommend him highly. More
