1-Star Review – No response to service records request I contacted Corwin Toyota of Bellevue multiple times requesting the service records for my 2005 Toyota Corolla (approximately 136,000 miles). The car h contacted Corwin Toyota of Bellevue multiple times requesting the service records for my 2005 Toyota Corolla (approximately 136,000 miles). The car had been sitting unused for several months after my wife broke her shoulder and arm, and I simply wanted the history so I could plan proper maintenance before putting it back on the road. I submitted the request through their website contact form and also emailed both the service department and sales. The message was straightforward and asked only for any existing service records so I could properly care for the vehicle after the long period of inactivity. I received zero response. No acknowledgment, no records, and no explanation. The only communication I got was an automated appointment reminder that did not address the records request at all. There is also no reliable way to reach them by phone. Calls go straight to voicemail and are never returned. A simple records request should not be ignored. When a customer reaches out through the official channels the dealership provides, a reply is the minimum expectation. This complete lack of follow-through makes it difficult to maintain the vehicle properly. I hope Corwin Toyota improves its basic customer communication. John Yonemori-Antal More
