I walked into his office like I was the boss, stating my expectations: did my research, listed what I wanted, plus add-ons, the price I was going to pay, and my trade-in value. Surya quickly responded and while he had my trade-in evaluated, and while taking my personal information, allowed Steve Ellison (Vehicle Exchange), Greg Birdsall (GM) to personally reach out to welcome my family to yours. And Josh Lancaster (Service Director) later sent me an email too. Next thing, I was blown away when Surya got my deal done, said let’s go to Finance to complete my purchase agreement, take delivery, and that Scott had a special surprise for me. I was further surprised when I went to Bill Bland (Finance) who gave me a great deal on extended vehicle protection plan (I confirmed with Service Manager Scott that it was a great deal.), and quickly finished my paperwork. There was my nice shiny diamond black crystal pearl RAM 1500 parked in the front door of the showroom and Surya began to guide me through the new technology and setting up my profile and how RAM works. He took even more time reinforcing my decision and distinguishing the value of my new RAM. Only one word needed to describe my new 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4x4 eco-diesel is WOW! I wanted a truck with lots of cabin space especially in the back seat (Got it with a bonus of heated and air cooled and reclining back seats!); and great fuel economy with lots of tow power and not have to refill the tank every 300-400 miles, like current electric and hybrid vehicles (Got it with Turbo Diesel Gen 3, 24-29 mpg!); and lots of new gadgets and comfortable functionality (Got it and more!). Feels like luxury in a smooth riding, spacious, efficient RAM. As I rode off into the sunset (intentionally to the west), I felt like The Godfather and got everything I wanted and more. I’m going to share this fun time with all my friends and family. You know it’s 2022 and I got my very first truck, the best new truck, from a fantastic family dealership, through my newest friends. WOW! IMPRESSIVE! I’m sooooo HAPPY. More

This was my best ever experience buying a vehicle. I live in Oklahoma and I found the truck I wanted at Huffines online. Kent was great online setting me up to come see the truck. *LONG POST AHEAD*Did business with Lauryn Neale and I am glad I did. She responded to me fast via email over some questions I had over a car I found in Car-gurus. Initially, I was interested in purchasing a Jeep Cherokee; she broke down how my monthly payments would look like, explained to me how Jeeps 0%APR for 72 Months worked (no discounts would be able to apply to the car if I had chosen this route. I had scheduled an appointment to see a Jeep Cherokee Latitude (White) on a Friday for 5:30 pm (I called at 3:06 pm). She called me 30 minutes later, informing me that the vehicle I wanted to test drive was being loaned out today. I was bummed but grateful that she told me about this before I even made the drive out there. She informed me that they had a Jeep Cherokee (base model) available for me to drive, and I said that is fine I will do that. There were bumps on the road since she ended up telling me that the White Jeep Cherokee was actually in an accident before, so Huffines did not want to sell it to the public (something along the lines of that) but that they can get me a similar car/color/specs from their Plano location. Out of my curiosity, I wanted to test drive a Grand Cherokee, and I loved it. Another bump on the road happened that a used Grand Cherokee was being loaned out, so I was unable to test drive that one. I ended up test driving a new one (not much of a price difference tbh). She broke down the pricing for me again how much I would pay monthly with a decent APR % (she never pulled my credit score to give me an estimated number- in which I am THANKFUL). I didn't return until the next day on Saturday (7 pm) to close the deal after I got my trade-in calculated and left around 9 pm after financing the vehicle with Bill Brand (also a lovely person!).
