I recently purchased a vehicle at Yonkers Honda and I am very happy with the service I received. Billy assisted me in buying my vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pushed or forced to purchase something that I did not want. He helped me find a great buy. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because of the way they tell there customers about the 7 years or 100,000 miles warranty. They state that the vehicles "come with" this warranty however the $2,000 or so charge for the warranty is added on top of the price of the vehicle. It is not included in the price of the vehicle that they advertise. I didn't appreciate this because I had a budget in mind and I kept on telling them that and I was doing all this math with them and they never once included the warranty charge. So when I went to sign the final papers with the finance man I see it added on to it. I was upset but I was already in the final stages and I loved the car so I continued purchasing it anyways. However, I did let Billy know that I was dissatisfied about this and told him to let customers know up front that the warranty is not included in the price and that they should not say that cars "come with" a warranty when reality you are purchasing separately a warranty and the price is added to the price of the car. Other than that I recommend them.
"Best Possible Experience Buying Used Car - Friendly & Honest"
The transmission on my 2005 Accord, which I had bought new from this dealer, needed to be replaced. I was initially disappointed because I had planned to keep it longer. It then however seemed that all of Yonkers Honda got together to make sure I was taken care of. Boris, the manager from -new- car sales, actually referred me to a particular certified used 2012 Accord. I looked at both the 2016 Civic and that Accord, and decided to go with it. Bill Burke was absolutely wonderful in immediately giving me the CarFax report and the maintenance that was done to get the vehicle certified; he was most straightforward about everything. Even at the final stage - Finance - Roy could not have been more friendly or professional. He diligently did his job in showing me additional services I could purchase, but never pressured me, and allowed me to decline without the back-and-forth that I had heard could so often happen at that stage of the purchase.Roy also got me a great finance rate and patiently allowed me to play with different amounts/lengths until I decided what would work best. Susie did not pressure me into looking at any other new car after I thought there new Civic might be big enough before sitting in it. She also let me t make a longer test drive in the 2012 Accord that I bought to make sure I was comfortable. Also thank you to Chris who I did not meet but who gave a very fair assessment of my 2005 Accord, which I traded in. Also thank youth Michelle again for helping this process as well go was smoothly and comfortably as possible. I now have a wonderful and effectively new car and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sylvia was the first person I met. She was wonderful & helpful without being pushy. Billy sold me a car professionally & fairly. Noel was terrific & helped me set up Bluetooth, recommended wheel locks which were provided & just a great guy who is love to refer friends & family to.
