The staff from the first internet phone call and appointment, our sales person Bill and the management were very understanding and attentive to our needs. I feel we got the absolute best price we could for the vehicle with no back and forth haggling. The vehicle was ready for us as promised and Bill thoroughly went through all the features, making sure my wife understood everything prior to leaving the lot. During the financing portion and final paperwork, Dominic was very easy to deal with and again made sure the terms and available “extras” available were covered with no pressure. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and trust me there have been many! Thank you and we already are more impressed with the 2018 Chevy Traverse Premier we purchased. Costco notified Lester Glen I was interested, and I got several calls and email I knew what we wanted, and we were directed to Lester Glen by Costco. Costco notified Lester Glen I was interested, and I got several calls and emails from Samantha, keeping me appraised of what specials were running, and asking if I had questions. I just wanted to mention her because she has great "people skills. I could sense her smile through the phone. I met Bill Caffyn at the door. He was friendly, professional, eager to please. I was specific in what I wanted, and it wasn't in stock. He said he would see if one was available from other dealers, and he'd see what he could do. Tuesday I got a call - he found it, I came in, he had most of the paperwork done, except for my signing. We took a ride, he was excited, and enjoying explaining the " bells & whistles". We got back, and he handed me off to Nick Barile to take care of the finances. I have to say Nick was a real pleasure to deal with. What a happy, personable guy !! Just 8 days from first contact with Bill, we were driving our new car. The entire experience was no hassle, no stress.
