Worth the travel I checked out this dealership online with Certified Toyota. They were very quick to contact me after my initial email. I traveled an hour and a half to get to them but I was immediately greeted and assisted. After my test drive they worked with me to get a great deal. Two thumbs up! More

While some embrace the challenge, others like me, are fraught with terror. When it came time to replace our 12 year old SUV, we watched way too many YouTubes and visited car dealer inventories on Sundays. We narrowed our decision to the Toyota Highlander. My goal was to do my homework on model pricing and with some helpful tips from my brother and friend from work, I felt equipped to begin the negotiating process. My 1st attempt resulted in a phone call from a dealer where the representative’s first words to me were, “who is this”? Strike 1 - not the way to engage a customer. My 2nd attempt put me in contact with Mary from Toyota of Hackensack. It was clear from the start Mary was a professional who knew how to treat a prospective buyer, was courteous and responded quickly. A price was decided and although ToH’s 1st price offer on my trade in was an insult, we came to an agreement, I left a deposit and picked up our brand new (only 7 miles!) 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited. Ramon took care of my in person visit, Billy handled the purchase, Steve handled the paperwork, Dan the vehicle review. All were respectful, personable and willing to answer all my questions. I was a little surprised it took over 90 minutes to pay, complete the process and drive out of the lot in our beautifully styled mica gray Toyota Highlander. When you think of how much $ you spend on a new car, the process should be exciting and fun. While mine was not overly exciting, it wasn’t as painful as I thought thanks to the dedicated staff at Toyota of Hackensack. More

Will Never Buy a Car from Someone other than Bill!!!! Sold us a 2018 4Runner. I hate dealerships and abhor when I have to buy a car because of the dealership experience. Bill was like talking about car Sold us a 2018 4Runner. I hate dealerships and abhor when I have to buy a car because of the dealership experience. Bill was like talking about cars with a buddy. Did not pressure or oversale. Listened to everything we had to say, gave his honest opinions and did the best job ever in getting a deal. One month later we came back to trade in our Camry. Saw Bill and deal done immediately. We had a small issue with the 2nd vehicle, Bill and Mario took care of it and made ever effort to make sure we were satisfied. Never has a dealership went to great lengths after the sale of a car but Hackensack Toyota did. Makes me very comfortable to know they still value you after the deal is done. I will back to see Bill in July once my son gets his license. More
