He kept a comfortable but frequent commentary going, pointing out different features of the car, allowing spaces for us to ask questions or lead the conversation elsewhere. I had test driven the same model at a different dealership a few days previously and not learned nearly as much about the car but felt more pressure to buy! Very happy that we made the trip to Valley Honda. More

Our first contact was with Bryan through emails, getting info about the van we were interested in, he was quick to respond and answered all questions efficiently. Once we got to the dealership for a test drive, Brian turned us over to Ken. Ken owns the same model of vehicle we were testing and was very knowledgeable and could easily answer all the questions we had. If you're looking at an Odyssey, definitely look him up! Ken was very patient with us as we figured out what type of payment we could handle & both Ken & Bill went above and beyond to make sure we got all we needed for a price we were comfortable with. David made the final signing of papers quick and painless, everyone involved contributed to such a great experience, we had 3 kids with us, so the fact that I can look at this in such a positive light really speaks to the atmosphere there. Ken especially went above and beyond, taking the time to show the van and all the things we should know about it. We will definitely be going to see Ken first the next time we need a vehicle. More
