Ken has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, very down to earth, and does not pressure or hassle during the sales process. He always does his best to make sure you are satisfied and goes the extra mile to follow-up multiple times after the purchase to ensure you are happy with your purchase and to answer any additional questions that may have arose. I believe it is important to note that Valley Honda in Staunton is not the closest Honda dealership to our home, there are actually two other Honda dealerships closer, but our first experience with Valley Honda and Ken was so great that I decided to lease my second car through them. Most definitely worth the trip. More
