They came back with 5000 dollars over mRSP and wouldn’t u sit down to discuss prices. I brought it up online price. MRSP was listed and also a price. They came back with 5000 dollars over mRSP and wouldn’t use any discounts. Asked how come they wasn’t honoring their price listed. Said they didn’t have to. How I don’t know how it’s legal to advertise a price and they can say no we decided it’s 5000 more. Thought bubba was going to blow. More

I know 1st hand how hard they work to get me the best deal. At Bill DeLord, customer service starts long before you arrive at the dealership. They are always thinking of ways to do more for each customer like, free car washes, (Yes he has a car wash on site). And free tires for life program. It's these things that show how hard they try to give back to the customer by saying Thank You. The whole staff is great.
